Phil Searle

My work is a mixture of fine art, landscapes, abstracts, black and white, street photography and intentional camera movement (ICM). My inspirations come from many sources, particularly from the world around me, but also photographs I see in my head when I'm out and about and which I then try to photograph. The abstract and ICM process allows me to photograph the world differently to the one I see around me.  I shoot in digital so I can experiment whilst taking the potograph and also afterwards when I'm processing the photo on the computer.
