Glossop, Derbyshire / Wide Variety Of Media
Opening days
Simon Denvers
I am a designer/maker of clocks, coasters, wall art, jewellery and wooden giftware. I make all my designs and products in my tiny workshop, on my own, start to finish.
I have a strong mathematical and musical background, which I incorporate into my designs. Everything I produce has been designed in a CAD package, then cut out or engraved either by one of my laser cutters, or built on the 3D printer. I love the mix of hi-tech making methods with traditional hand made techniques.

My career included working as a graphic designer in publishing, as an animator at Cosgrove Hall Films working on Dangermouse, Duckula and the BFG. Latterly I moved into the games and educational software industry.
Now retired, I have taken up watercolour painting, my work being influenced by hedgerows and my garden in the Peak District.
