Brett Evans Biedscheid is an illustrator, photographer and filmmaker based in Bonsall. Originally trained in darkrooms and VHS editing suites whilst studying fine art at the University of New Mexico, he was captivated by the emergence of new digital technologies and the limitless possibilities these offered when combined with older, more traditional materials.
Brett has continued to explore this marriage of old and new technologies in his personal work and as a commercial artist for the last twenty years. He is always in search of interesting new juxtapositions in landscapes, technologies and themes.
His work has recently been featured at the Vancouver International Music Video Festival and the Edinburgh Fringe Film Festival (CineFringe).

Directions:
From Cromford, take the A5012 for approximately ¾ mile, turning right after the large brick mill. Continue up into Bonsall village. Parking is limited on Yeoman Street, but there are spaces near the park. From there, it’s a short walk.
